There was a big Britain's Got Talent shock on Saturday night when one of, if not THE favourite to win the whole thing failed to make it through to the final.
The first episode of Britain's Got Talent Champions aired on ITV on Saturday night with nine acts from the Britain's Got Talent Champions lineup competing.
After Amanda Holden pressed her Golden Buzzer for Kseniya Simonova, a sand artist who previously won Ukraine's Got Talent, the remaining eight acts were left waiting to see if they received enough votes from the studio audience to make it through to the final.
The top 3 based on fan votes were Ashleigh & Sully, Bello & Anneliese Nock and Boogie Storm, meaning Britain's Got Talent's first ever winner and hot favourite to win the Champions series, Paul Potts, was given the boot straight away, much to the shock of the judges, particularly Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden.
It was revealed that Bello & Anneleise were the favourite act with the audience on the night, meaning they joined Kseniya in the final, which was actually filmed a number of weeks ago.
Other acts set to appear on Champions in coming weeks include former winners like George Sampson, Lost Voice Guy and Richard Jones and past finalists including Bars & Melody and Stavros Flatley.
