Britain's Got Talent: Adorable moment schoolchildren surprise their PE teacher as he performs on stage

In an adorable moment on Britain's Got Talent, schoolchildren surprised their teacher in the audience just before he performed on stage. When Primary school PE teacher Felix Clements, 24, from Reading arrived on stage, judge Amanda Holden asked if his pupils knew he would be appearing on the show.

Just as Felix said they didn't know, children could be heard shouting: 'Yes, we did!' much to his surprise. The adorable moment was greeted with cheers from the audience, while Felix looked gobsmacked.

The teacher then went on to wow the judges with his impressive contemporary dance to Lucy Spraggan's 'Balance'. He received a standing ovation from all four judges, the audience and his pupils. Basking in the moment, he pointed at the beaming schoolchildren with a smile.

Simon Cowell called the performance "stunning", while Amanda said his pupils were looking at him in "adoration". Meanwhile dance expert Bruno Tonioli commended Felix's "range of movement." After the PE teacher received four 'yeses' from the judges, his pupils ran onto the stage to give him a hug.

The long-running ITV talent show is currently in its sixteenth season. It kicked off last month and saw Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden return as judges with newcomer and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli also joining the panel. Tonioli replaced David Walliams, who quit the show last year following a scandal involving leaked audios of him making crude comments about contestants.
