Magic act 4MG and Siobhan Phillips were voted through to the Britain's Got Talent final after the second semi-final.
The impressive teen act secured their spot in Sunday night's final after topping the public vote on Tuesday evening.
The judges were then forced to pick between stuntman Matt Stirling and comedian Siobhan Phillips to take the fourth spot in the final.
Phillips - who broke down in tears as she was voted through - left fans in hysterics in the first show with her hilarious routine, singing about her toddler and telling jokes about her daily routine.
"You don't even understand what this means," the tearful performer said. "Thank you so much. I'll pull myself together."
Alesha Dixon's golden buzzer act Giorgia Borg held her head in her hands as she was sent home to a soundtrack of boos from the crowd. The 10-year-old singer-songwriter had wowed earlier in the evening with an original performance.
Dixon became the second star to lose her golden buzzer act, with Ant and Dec's dancer Akshat Singh being eliminated on Monday night. David Walliams' pick Flakefleet Primary School secured a place after beating The Haunting in the first semi-final.
Earlier in the show, Amanda Holden joked she has "washed her mouth out" after swearing during last night's live show.
The terrified judge dropped an f-bomb as she took part in The Haunting magic act, which left her scared witless by ghosts on Monday night.
After Ant McPartlin promised her nothing would be scaring her in the show, Holden quipped: "You'll be relieved to know I have washed my mouth out with soap."
Britain's Got Talent continues nightly at 7.30pm and 9.30pm on ITV.
