Britain's biggest family the Radfords share pictures of Christmas fun at farm

Britain's biggest family - The Radfords - enjoyed meeting Santa and his elf's during a day out to a Christmas trip to a farm.

Mum Sue took some of her 22 children to Mrs Dowsons Farm Park in Blackburn and shared pictures of the fun trip on Sunday on the family's Instagram account.

The immersive adventure included storytelling, making gingerbread in Mrs Claus's kitchen, building a bear in the elf workshop and of course meeting Father Christmas, LancsLive reports.

Posting pictures to the family's 426,000 followers, the children were all smiles as Sue wrote: "Such a lovely day today at Mrs Dowson farm the kids had fun decorating gingerbread biscuits and meeting Santa and his elves."

Their 17th child Alfie was stillborn.

Sue and Noel have previously said they are proud of the fact that they keep their family going without relying on benefits.

Instead, the stars of the Channel 5 series 22 Kids and Counting look after their whopping clan with the proceeds from their pie shop and YouTube channel.

For previous Christmas celebrations, each Radford child has around £100-£250 spent on them, costing their parents over £5,000 in gifts.

To make sure there are no mix-ups on the day, Sue has bought each of them a personalised sack to keep them all in.

Sue hand wraps each gift she buys and it has previously been reported she can wrap around 20 presents every 15 minutes.

She and Noel get through around 70 rolls of wrapping paper each year to cater for their massive brood.
