The country sat down tonight to watch the much-anticipated Brit Awards and even from the word go, it's been a huge hit particularly as it was opened by Scots Martin Compston and Jackie Weaver with a hilarious 'Zoom call' sketch.
To open the show, Brits host Jack Whitehall was seen sitting down to a Zoom call with some very familiar faces.
Line of Duty 's Martin Compston and Vicky McClure joined Jack but when Compston told Jack: "It’s time to roll out the big guns", Jack replied: "Mother of God they’re bringing out the gaffer."
But many were shocked when it wasn't Line of Duty 's Adrian Dunbar, but was non-other than Scot Jackie Weaver.
Jackie became an internet hit after she kept her cool when it came to booting a councillor from a Parish Council meeting Zoom call.
And it wasn't long before she was back to her old ways and Jack was next to face the cut.
Jackie said: "Right, shall we bring this Brit Awards to order?"
And Jack replied: "Who the hell are you?"

Jackie hit back: "I’m your worst nightmare. Now listen up you little twerp, if you don’t get on with this then I’ll kick you off."
Compston said: "She's Jackie Weaver."
And McClure added: "AKA the Cleaver.
And it wasn't long before that's exactly what Jackie did and took it upon herself to introduce opening act Coldplay – who she branded ‘Fourplay’ but she was quickly corrected by Compston.
He said: "I think it's Coldplay?"

To which Jackie replied: "Do you want kicking off as well?!"
And Compston, who plays DSI Steve Arnott in Line of Duty answered: "No, Ma'am."
