After Monday's heavy rain we are all in need of a few days off from the wet weather.
While Tuesday promises to be much dryer it is not going to last long with more thunderstorms expected on Friday.
The Met Office says: "Tuesday will be mostly dry but cloudy at times with a few sunny spells developing through the afternoon. Staying windy. Maximum temperature 20 °C.
"Wednesday and Thursday will be largely dry with sunny spells whilst Friday could see some thundery showers. Turning warmer towards the end of the week."
Elsewhere in the south of England temperatures are expected to hit 30C at the end of the week, but it will not last long as rain and thunder storms will follow by the weekend.
