Bristol weather: Met Office hour-by-hour forecast for Sunday at Harbour Festival

Like every festival, Bristol Harbour Festival is heavily dependant on the weather.

So there was a fair degree of concern when last week's forecast predicted that this year's extravaganza could be a washout.

Thankfully the forecast for yesterday (Saturday) turned out to be incorrect, however, and the huge crowds were instead treated to sunshine and high temperatures for most of the day.

For a recap of yesterday's action, check out our gallery of the best pictures from the day.

People planning on heading to the event today (Sunday) will be glad to hear that the dry weather looks set to continue.

Weather forecast for Sunday at Harbour Festival

It looks like it will be a little cloudier than yesterday, but temperatures are still expected to reach highs of 22C, with the hottest spell coming between 2pm and 5pm.

Sunny intervals are forecast between 9am and 12pm, before conditions become more overcast from midday onwards.

But there's no need to worry about the cloud, as there's only a 10 per cent chance of precipitation.

Just like yesterday there's plenty to enjoy today, with the major stages playing host to a wide range of circus performances, live music, dance routines and much more.

Be sure to check out the set times before heading to the festival so you know what's going on where.
