Bristol taco bar reopens

A Wapping Wharf taco bar has reopened following the easing of lockdown.

Cargo Cantina is one of the Bristol businesses opening tomorrow (July 4), when coronavirus lockdown restrictions will be eased on pubs and restaurants provided social distancing measures are in place.

The Mexican-style restaurant has seven tables, with one six-seater inside available to reserve with a £150 minimum spend per four people for an hour and a half.

The restaurant posted on Instagram: "Following the Government guidelines we will be opening for service Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of July (HOLY S*** WE MISSED YOU GUYS)!!

"We will have four tables outside which are not bookable, all y’all gotta do is turn up and we’ll seat you as fast as possible!

"For tables of four or more... We are offering one table inside with set prices and times.

"Minimum spend for... four people is £150 and for six people £180 for an hour and half."

The time slots on Saturday will be from 12.15pm, 2pm, 3.45pm, 5.30pm, 7.17pm and 9pm.

And on Sunday, the slots will start at 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
