Many healthcare failings have deepened Bristol’s GP crisis in recent weeks, as patients faced mass blood test cancellations amidst a shortage of blood tubes, and a GP surgery was criticised for sending patients to a major hospital’s urgent care centre when the NHS is under severe strain, leading to four hour-long waits for important prescriptions.
