Getting your foot on Bristol's property ladder can seem like an impossible challenge as demand far outstrips supply.

In July a semi-detached house, sold for just £80,000 in highly sought-after Bedminster.
While a terraced house in St Andrews exchanged owners for a mere £125,000.

- Flat 9, Roseberry Mews, Roseberry Park St George which is a flat and sold for £124,000 on Jul 01
- 63 North Road, St Andrews which is a terraced house, sold for £125,000 on Jul 04 (This sale may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession)
- 4 Bickerton Close, Brentry which is a flat and sold for £125,000 on Jul 10
- 25 Dancey Mead Bedminster Down which is a flat, sold for £146,300 on Jul 23
- 8 Malvern Court, Malvern Road, St George, BS5 8JP, which is a flat, sold for £150,000 on Jul 12
- 120 Wootton Road St Annes BS4 4AT, which is a detached house, sold for £150,000 on Jul 16
