Maths whizz Carol Vorderman took to social media to prove age really is just a number when it comes to staying fit - and looking amazing.
While sharing some incredible selfies wearing just knickers and a gym top, the 58-year-old told Twitter fans to keep moving no matter what their age, according to the Mirror.
The former Countdown star cited some words of advice from Olympian and Boat Race winner James Cracknell as she watched him become the oldest ever victor.
Carol, who lives in Clifton, shared a pair of snaps of herself in a black Nike vest and lacy black knickers, giving followers a glimpse of her chosen "scruffy home gym gear" and incredible toned figure.

Referencing the two knicker pictures – and another of her flying a plane – Carol added: "Eg.Gym at home a couple of summers ago 56yo # swimming # weights # ScruffyHomeGymGear .. and flying my plane.
"Every day is a bonus...living them all with a great big grin".
And as you can imagine, the images caused quite a stir among her fans.
One wrote "Looking good Carol," while another chipped in: "Hot damn!!"

The comments come after Carol has been at the centre of multiple racy pictures in recent weeks, taking the bins out in a pair of seriously tight black jeans and imitating Kim Kardashian's iconic 'break the internet ' pose just days later.
