Bristol Rovers star Jonson Clarke-Harris earns yet another accolade after brilliant form

Jonson Clarke-Harris has earned yet another accolade after his sparkling form for Bristol Rovers.

The striker joined the Gas in January and netted an impressive 11 goals in 16 league matches, helping the club to avoid relegation and stay in League One.

He won League One player of the month for March thanks to his good form, and he is now up for another award.

Sky Sports have nominated his goal against Plymouth Argyle for their League One goal of the season award.

The Gas drew the game 2-2, taking a point in what was a huge clash with their relegation rivals in late March, and Clarke-Harris' strike was a crucial one.

With Rovers 1-0 down and struggling, the striker won the ball from a throw-in and beat two before unleashing an unstoppable strike into the top corner from 25 yards.

It was the striker's second wonder goal in three games after he scored a similar long-range strike against Gillingham 11 days' previous.
