Bristol Pride weather forecast set to be warm and sunny

More than 36,000 revellers are expected to descend on the Downs this weekend for one of the city's most colourful and vibrant festivals.

Bristol will once again play host to the largest free Pride event in the UK on Saturday (July 13).

And it looks like the weather gods are being kind this year, promising glorious sunshine and highs of 22C.

Experts say Saturday morning will begin cloudy but bright or sunny spells are expected to break through later in the afternoon.

Here's an hour by hour breakdown for Saturday:

A Met Office spokesperson said: "Becoming dry and settled over the weekend with bright or sunny spells, with the fine and dry weather continuing through Monday too.

"Feeling warm in the sunshine but less humid."
