Bristol man banned from every public changing room in UK after filming 'private act for sexual gratification'

A Bristol man has been banned from entering any changing room in the UK after filming a 'private act' for his sexual pleasures.

Dean John Miell, 25, of Greystoke Avenue, Bristol, appeared before Bath Magistrates Court on May 8 and indicated a plea of guilty to recording a person carrying out a private act with the intention of looking at the image to obtain sexual gratification.

Two arrested after house set on fire with people inside

The hearing was told, the victim did not consent to Miell recording them in the sports hall, based on North Parade Road, in Bath.

Miell, has been released on bail until May 29 when he will appear before the same court for sentencing.

Three years on and children's services still need significant improvement

Magistrates adjourned the hearing to allow for a pre-sentence report to be conducted.

As part of his bail conditions, Miell has been told not to attend any changing room accessible to the public within the UK to prevent offending.
