This Veganuary, two Bristol favourites are coming together to bring a plant-based extravaganza to the city.
Sandwich Sandwich and Koocha Mezze Bar are collaborating to create not one but two completely vegan sandwiches using Koocha’s brand new Seitan recipe.
The well-known sandwich shop, which launched 'the world's best Christmas sandwich' in December, is famous for its jam-packed, Insta-worthy sandwiches and will be hoping its new vegan offering goes down just as well as its festive sarnie.

There will be both a hot and cold jaw-stretching sandwich on offer, with the hot Koocha vegan fried chick'n stack boasting two hot Koocha fried chick’n fillets, spring onion, garlic mayonnaise, house spicy buffalo sauce and seasoned lattice potato.
The cold savoury snack sounds equally as tempting, containing sliced Koocha vegan fried chick’n fillets, house spicy creole sauce and American corn salad and slaw.
And delicious food isn't all that's on offer this Veganuary, as Sandwich Sandwich will be planting a tree for every sandwich purchased this month with the aim of planting 10,000 trees, helping you to do your bit for the planet.
Speaking on the collaboration, Koocha founder Noda Marvani said: "We are incredibly excited to be teaming up with the Bristol institution that is Sandwich Sandwich.
"This collaboration is not only going to be delicious but also great for the environment. For every vegan option purchased, we’ll be planting a tree and spreading awareness about looking after the planet. At Koocha we’ve always been committed to making vegan food accessible for everyone without any compromise on flavour.

Both sandwiches will be available from Monday, January 10 from all Sandwich Sandwich locations, as well as on Uber Eats.
