Bristol Grosvenor Hotel fire: roads reopen after derelict hotel blaze

Avon Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that all roads surrounding Temple Way in Bristol have reopened following a hotel blaze. A fire broke out at Grosvenor Hotel last night (October 18), sparking a response from the emergency services.

Members of the public were asked to stay away from the scene and people were evacuated from a neighbouring building. Temple Way was closed in both directions due to the derelict building fire, but the fire service has confirmed that the surrounding roads have now reopened.

In a statement on Twitter this morning, a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service wrote: "All roads surrounding Temple Way that were closed due to this incident have now reopened
