A family of three currently on holiday in Lanzarote are anxiously awaiting news to find out if their return flight on Thursday will take place.
Will Hacker paid £1,400 for the package holiday, which is his first trip away with six-month-old daughter Vienna.
Along with his partner Lauren, the couple had jetted off to the seaside resort after saving all year.
The couple woke up this morning to the news of Thomas Cook's collapse.
They quickly went to find their rep who normally hosts a meeting around 9am.
After waiting for half an hour they asked if anyone in the hotel knew where the rep was, but weren't given any update.
"We don't know what's going to happen to our transfer or our flight, " said Will who works in shipping.
"I'm due back in work on Friday and if I don't work, I don't get paid.
"We are trying to make the most of the days we have left but we would like to know what's happening.
"I guess we're one of the lucky ones. If we'd booked a week later we might have lost the whole holiday.
"But this has put a lot of extra pressure on our holiday."
It’s estimated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) there are currently more than 150,000 customers abroad on Thomas Cook holidays, with around a million more having lost their future bookings.
