A Bristol business has been named the fourth best small company to work for in Britain.

Technology consultancy Redrock, which is based in Clifton, was named on the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2020 list.

The business moved from eleventh spot last year into the top five, becoming the highest-rated Bristol company to rank.

The list is based on feedback from employees and other Bristol companies named on it include Heat Rectuitment (64) and tax credit business ForrestBrown (73).

Meanwhile, Bath-based green energy supplier Pure Planet ranked second on the list.

Redrock’s managing director Dean Harte said: “I am absolutely thrilled that RedRock has once again been named as one of the Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK and it is even more exciting to see us move from eleventh to fourth this year.

He added: “It is extremely gratifying to know that the culture we have been building is appreciated by everyone who works at RedRock. It is not a cliché to say that we could not have won this without them.”

Heat Recruitment’s managing direcor Steve Preston said: “We are extremely pleased to have been positioned on the Sunday Times Top 100 List for the second year in succession, especially after such a tough and emotional year.

"Heat is now looking to the future and focusing on growth and providing a crystal service to our customers."

Redrock is currently looking to hire people at its office in Clifton.
