Bristol City announce how fans can stream their remaining nine Championship matches

The finale to the 2019/20 Championship season will be played behind-closed-doors but Bristol City have announced that season ticket holders can watch their remaining nine matches for free on Robins TV.

Following Sky Sports' announcement that season ticket holders of all EFL clubs can gain free access to their Championship coverage, City issued a statement detailing their broadcasting commitment.

Season card holders will be able to watch all scheduled home and away games, including any that are selected for broadcast by Sky Sports on Robins TV.

Non-season card holders will be able to buy a £10 match package to watch any City match not selected for live Sky Sports broadcast.

"We would like to make sure we stream our games via Robins TV to make sure our fans get as good a matchday experience as they can," City CEO Mark Ashton said earlier this week.

"Even if they can’t be here, Robins TV will make sure they are here in spirit and get the opportunity to watch the game in the best possible way."

The stream will be launched prior to the Blackburn Rovers game at Ewood Park on June 20, which marks the restart of the 2019/20 campaign for the club.

In a statement, City added: "Further details of how to access the stream and which games are selected for live Sky broadcast will be released in the next week.

"We thank fans for their patience as we work through the details with broadcasters and the English Football League. We respectfully ask fans to refrain from contacting Supporter Services in the meantime."

Dates and a precise schedule is still to be finalised with City having to cram their nine matches into four-and-a-half weeks between June 20 and July 22, with the play-off final taking place on Monday, August 3.

The EFL laid out the days when matches will take place with the Robins taking on: Blackburn, Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham Forest, Cardiff, Hull City, Middlesbrough, Stoke, Swansea and Preston North End.

Weekends
• Friday – 6pm and 8pm
• Saturday – 12.30pm, 3pm and 5.30pm
• Sunday – 12pm

Midweek
• Tuesday – 5pm, 6pm and 8pm
• Wednesday – 5pm, 6pm and 8pm
