A cinema in Bristol remains closed as it is "not commercially viable" to reopen, said the company which operates it.
Cineworld, the world's second-largest cinema chain with 9,518 screens across 790 sites, reopened many of its locations across the UK in early September.
But the company's cinema in Hengrove Leisure Park is still closed, to the annoyance of film lovers.
One person who contacted Bristol Live anonymously said: "It's strange that all of Cineworld's other cinemas seem to be open but Hengrove is still shut.
"I hope they aren't planning to keep it permanently closed."
Other major cinema operators including Showcase, Vue and Odeon have all reopened their Bristol branches.
They are screening popular films from over the decades as well as a few new releases including Tenet, Christopher Nolan's latest work.
The nearest Cineworld cinemas to Bristol in Yate, Newport and Weston-super-Mare are all open.
A Cineworld spokesperson told Bristol Live the firm "remains optimistic" about being able to reopen its Hengrove cinema.
"Cineworld Bristol will remain closed for the time being as it is not commercially viable for us to operate," they said.
"We are monitoring the evolving situation and business impacts around COVID-19 very closely and look forward to re-opening the cinema for our valued customers in due course.
"We continually assess the viability of operating Cineworld Bristol and we remain optimistic that we will be able to re-open in the future."
