A company that provides calibration and dimensional measurement has moved into new offices on the outskirts of Bristol after a £1million investment.
Avon-Dynamic, which employs 50 people, supports a number of the region’s manufacturing and engineering businesses including aerospace, defence, marine and medical providers.
The new building in Warmley will allow the business to expand its calibration and testing laboratory, increase resources and accommodate larger components, according to the company.
Managing director Suzy Brain said: “Our new building comes at an exciting time for Avon-Dynamic.
"It gives us the ability to grow and develop the business, invest in more personnel and equipment and attract a higher volume of orders.
"Much of our business is UK South based and we see this as a further commitment to delivering a quality calibration service to the region.”
Avon-Dynamics was founded in 1986 and claim to be the only company in the UK with a with a metrology centre.
