The first international flight has landed at Bristol airport for 'some time'.
During the coronavirus pandemic, travel overseas has been almost impossible for most people.
Travellers needing to go abroad have had to have a 'legally permitted' reason under the broader 'stay at home' message.
Today it appears that Bristol Airport Police have met the first inbound international flight for a number of weeks.
The force tweeted this evening that a plane with 140 passengers arrived today (Sunday, March 28).
The plane was travelling from Alicante and the passengers were returning home.
All passengers landing tonight will have taken a Covid test up to three days before flying.
They will also have to show a negative test result when they arrive.

In addition, they will have to fill out a passenger locator form so they can be traced if someone later tests positive.
Spain is not currently on the red travel list so they will not need to visit a quarantine hotel but they will need to take further Covid tests.
The tweet from the airport police said: "Good to meet the first inbound international flight for some time @BristolAirport.
"Arrived with 140 passengers from #Alicante consisting mainly of UK nationals returning home.
"All @PHE_uk requirements complied with, meaning minimal queues @UKBorder."
