Brisk It's new Neoma Countertop Oven brings its AI-powered cooking indoors for the first time

Brisk It Neoma.

Announced today at CES 2026, Brisk It, the brand behind some of the smartest (and best) grills that money can buy, is officially bringing to life an AI-powered countertop oven. Think of your air fryer that you use every day, but powered by AI. A total game-changer for busy households.

The Brisk It Neoma AI Countertop Oven can do it all. It gets to learn your likes, dislikes, dietary requirements, and budget, so it can plan your daily meals, source the ingredients, and even deliver them to your doorstep. Once that's done, you will have to put them away in your refrigerator or pantry, but when it comes to doing the cooking, you need only sit back and relax.

This smart cooking device is designed with the knowledge of how to cook every food to enhance its flavor to maximum potential, and it takes the guesswork out of cooking for you. Its app will guide you through each step of the process, or use it in autonomous mode, and it will simply do it for you.

The first of its kind to bring AI-powered cooking indoors, this countertop oven is revolutionary and could change the busy lives of so many people.

“The AI learns, plans, sources, and prepares meals based on you, which means you spend less time managing food and more time enjoying it.”

Christopher Huang, CEO and founder of Brisk It

The AI embedded in this piece of kit is somewhat impressive — as well as its capacity to do things like meal plan, order groceries, and cook food to exact temperatures, it can even send information from your phone to the oven, whether you're standing right next to it or upstairs in your bathtub. The Neoma acts not only as a nutritionist but also as a kitchen assistant, too. With similar features to the CHEF iQ MiniOven, it offers fully personalized dining, every day of the week, and from the comfort of your own kitchen.

You can use this countertop oven in one of two ways: connect it with your smartphone and use it as a guide to follow the cooking steps on your phone. Otherwise, it works autonomously, so you can literally sit back and relax while AI does all of the work for you. I know what I'd rather do.

Inside this machine sits similar technology to the Brisk It Zelos (which we gave 4/5 stars in our review) in many ways, but with an indoors shift in technology. Both the Neoma and the Zelos can be controlled remotely, through the Brisk It app and with help from the Vera chatbot.

The Neoma also offers super precise temperature control, from 90 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. You can set it on a timer for anything from 1 minute to 12 hours, while it even offers several cooking modes like baking and roasting, plus an air fryer mode to give your best air fryer a good run for its money. This does mean that you can use it to cook anything from your Thanksgiving turkey to a comforting meatloaf.

Included in the box are not only the main unit but also an air fry basket, baking pan, oven rack, and crumb tray. It has a handy glass door so that you can check on how your food's cooking without letting the heat escape.

What else is new?

Brisk It first launched in 2023 with its Origin 580 Series smoker. Since it has released two more smokers — the Origin 940 and the Zelos 450. This year sees the first-ever launch of not only a countertop oven, but a hybrid grill, too.

Brisk It is releasing its first AI Hybrid Gas Grill, a first-of-its-kind leap in gas grilling that combines fully digital flame control with wood pellet combustion. This innovation allows the flavor of wood smoking to enter the convenience of high-heat gas grilling while being a truly digital, effortless, hands-off cook.

This smart piece of kit is one-of-a-kind and offers not just fully digital flame control, but high-heat grilling that a smoker cannot reach, paired with hands-off control thanks to AI.

Availability

You'll be able to purchase the new Brisk It gas grill from selected retailers sometime in 2026.

As for the Neoma Countertop Oven, this will be offered through a Kickstarter campaign, starting in February 2026. Later, after the first round of Kickstarter customers have had an opportunity to enjoy the Neoma, it will be offered via a subscription service, expected in late 2026.
