Brisbane Homeowner Shocked After Discovering Trespasser Routinely Broke In To Use Her Fkn Pool

A Queensland homeowner has been left reeling after discovering that a runner has trespassed on her property multiple times to take a dip in her backyard pool.

CCTV footage shows the stranger breaking into Holly Stevens’ backyard in New Farm, Brisbane on at least four occasions, after which he takes it upon himself to luxuriate in her swimming pool.

Apparently, the trespasser has taken at least four swims in the pool since January, with his most recent dip taking place on the ANZAC Day public holiday.

Footage from that particular swim shows the man entering the property through the front gate and walking down the side of the house towards the backyard.

Then, he is seen peering through the windows to check whether anyone is home (smile, you’re in our goddamn pool!), before taking his kit off and making a splash.

The man even went as far as stopping for a poolside stretch, before drying off and leaving Stevens’ home with that post-swim glow.

Speaking of the ordeal, Stevens told 7News that she believes the man is using the pool after exercising, since he appears to be wearing running gear in each of the CCTV videos

“From all the footage, it looks like he’s gone on a run, then he’s just jumped in the pool and continues running,” Stevens said.

If there’s anything that calls for “get off my lawn/pool” energy, it’s a backyard interloper who could’ve just, I don’t know, run to the beach instead?

Stevens said she has reported the trespassing to Queensland Police, who are currently investigating the matter.

She said she’s concerned that the man, who has so far gone without being caught, will grow bolder, since he appears relaxed enough to whip up a piña colada and start getting a tan on.

“If you’re comfortable enough to access someone’s property and trespass four times, you’d start to get comfortable and try new things,” Stevens said.

If caught, the swimmer faces up to one year in prison for trespassing… so who’s gonna tell him there’s no pools in jail?
