'Bring him out of retirement' - Arsenal fans love what Thierry Henry did in Belgium training

Arsenal supporters absolutely love what Thierry Henry did in Belgium's training session.

The Gunners icon retired from professional football around seven years ago when he hung his boots up at MLS side New York Red Bulls in 2014, but some recent footage suggests the 43-year-old still has his magic touch.

Henry had a free-kick just on the edge of the box, and on his 'weaker' left foot, he placed the ball into the top right corner - with the Belgium assistant coach leaving the goalkeeper stranded.

This has unsurprisingly left Arsenal fans very excited, with the club icon once again showing his fantastic ability.

Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku couldn't quite believe what he saw from Henry as he went over and jokingly dragged him away.

He then said: "Come on man, record top scorers don't need this! Go in, go in."

Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne then added: "That's the issue we've been training for about half an hour.

"He just goes with his left and kills us! And we have a game tomorrow!"

Henry scored 12 free-kick goals in his Premier League career for Arsenal, with only David Beckham (15) scoring more from the dead-ball situation.

The Gunners legend is currently Roberto Martinez's number two man at Belgium as the Red Devils look to challenge for the Euro 2020 trophy this summer - and have made a perfect start, with two wins from as many matches so far. Belgium face Finland tomorrow evening in their final group game.
