A fantastic video has emerged of Lewis Capaldi celebrating a Noel Gallagher slagging like he's just scored a winning goal.
The Oasis legend told RadioX in an interview that he was less than impressed with the current state of the music industry, adding: "Who is this Capaldi fella? Who the f*** is that idiot?"
And in a typically brilliant response the West Lothian star can be seen shouting "camaan, f****** camaan" while watching the footage.
In a lengthy Instagram story he says: "That's me. I've peaked. Slagged off by Noel Gallagher. It's me. What a day. What a f****** day.
"Number 1 single? Who gives a f***. Number 1 album? Who gives a f***. I just got slagged off by Noel Gallagher. Dreams are coming true."
He adds: "It's Father's Day and I'm being slagged aff by a man who's old enough to be my da'. And I've never been more happy. Happy Father's Day Noel."
The Someone You Loved singer then films himself lying back and and grinning while listening to Oasis track Stop Crying Your Heart Out and Heat of the Moment by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.
Capaldi says that he's off for a haircut before browsing through pictures of Noel Gallagher's trademark haircut while saying "that's the one". He adds: "I need a parka as well."
The Whitburn sensation topped the charts last month with his debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent.
