'Brilliant!' - Arsenal supporters love what Unai Emery has done against Standard Liege

Unai Emery's team selection for this evening's Europa League fixture against Standard Liege has got a number of Arsenal fans talking.

As expected there is no room for Alexandre Lacazette who continues to make progress on the ankle injury which has kept him out of action since the 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur at the beginning of last month.

Furthermore, top scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is rested to the bench alongside club record signing Nicolas Pepe.

There's also a change in goal with Emiliano Martinez taking the place of Bernd Leno as he goes in search of a third clean sheet this season.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles makes his first appearance since being sent-off against Aston Villa in the Premier League and it would appear he's been pushed further forward into a more familiar right-wing position.

In total Emery has made 10 changes to the side which drew 1-1 against Manchester United three days ago as Kieran Tierney and Rob Holding are drafted into the starting XI on matchday two of the new Europa League campaign.

The only player to keep his place from the team that started at Old Trafford is Lucas Torreira.

He is joined in central midfield by Dani Ceballos and Joe Willock.

Arsenal line-up: Martinez; Bellerin, Mustafi, Holding, Tierney; Torreira, Willock, Ceballos; Maitland-Niles, Martinelli, Nelson

Most of the reaction from Arsenal supporters on social media has centred around Emery naming Bellerin as captain for the evening.
