Budget supermarket Aldi has shoppers obsessed with its latest SpecialBuy item, which customers say is the ‘perfect present’.
Aldi’s post-Christmas SpecialBuys have included gym equipment and homeware, but this week its Baby & Toddler event returned - and one item stood out from the crowd.
The retailer’s Little Town Wooden Activity Cube, which is priced at £24.99, includes five fun sides featuring everything from coloured beads and moving animals to musical instruments and shapes windows.
According to the product description, the cube helps children with “hand-eye coordination, logical thinking, imagination and creativity, fine motor skills, colour recognition and shape recognition”.
The wooden activity cube has already proven a hit online, with many shoppers praising it on Aldi’s website.
Among the comments, many parents and grandparents praised the product, labelling it “brilliant” and “fabulous”.
One shopper said: “Worth every penny. Purchased for our 9 month old son who loved it! It's nicely made and the wooden shapes are cute. Ideal size as he could hold himself up on it and play with the animals on top and wired beads. Doubles up as storage too for other loose toys. Well worth the £25.”
