Brighton will be without Yves Bissouma for their visit to Old Trafford to play Manchester United.
Bissouma received a yellow card against Wolves on Wednesday night, his fifth of the league season so far, and that means he'll now be suspended on Saturday.
Brighton enjoyed an excellent start to the new season but they've now gone without a win for 11 Premier League games. Bissouma has proved to be an important player from Graham Potter in recent seasons and his one-match suspension is a blow for Brighton.
The midfielder has regularly been linked with a transfer to United but he won't be able to audition for a move at the weekend.
"Yes, that is his fifth booking. It never rains but it pours, as they say," Potter said after Brighton's defeat to Wolves.
Brighton will also be without Lewis Dunk, Adam Webster, Danny Welbeck, Jeremy Sarmiento and Neal Maupay among others, with defender Joel Veltman adding to their concerns when he picked up a knock late in the defeat to Wolves.
However, the fixture could yet be postponed after United suffered a COVID outbreak earlier this week.
United remain in dialogue with the Premier League after Tuesday's game versus Brentford was postponed. It's unclear whether United might have suffered more positive test results since the initial outbreak within the squad.
United moved down to sixth in the table on Wednesday night after Arsenal beat West Ham 2-0.
