Tottenham welcome Brighton and Hove Albion to North London on Sunday as Jose Mourinho's men return to domestic action.
They will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing 1-0 defeat at the hands of Royal Antwerp in midweek, with a frustrated Mourinho making four changes at half-time to no avail.
Brighton, who sit four points above the Premier League 's relegation zone, have won just once this season and are likely to be up against it at Spurs, who have won their last five home matches against the Seagulls in all competitions.
The visitors will remain without captain and star defender Lewis Dunk, who is serving a three-match ban after receiving a red card against rivals Crystal Palace earlier this month.
Winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh will also be absent from Graham Potter's matchday side as he continues his recovery from a hamstring issue.
Brighton may be boosted by a potential return to action for midfielder Davy Propper following his Achilles injury, who has not featured in the Premier League so far this season.
Former Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck could be in line to make his first appearance for the club on Sunday after he was an unused substitute in Monday's draw with West Bromwich Albion.
Potter told the Brighton and Hove Independent that he intends to involve the 29-year-old in the squad to face Spurs.
"He has been good since he came in," he said. "Nothing has really changed since last time I spoke about him.
"He has come from his situation at Watford, not too much team training, we put him on the bench.
"On reflection I could have used him for the last bit of the game, but took another decision. He will be involved."
