Bright tech specialist gets snapped up by Castle Donington firm SnapFulfil

Castle Donington-based warehouse management system innovator SnapFulfil, which is part of Synergy Logistics, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of a retail software expert.

Bright Masih, 47, joins the north Leicestershire business as business development manager.

He specialises in helping organisations navigate technology changes, most recently assisting retailers improve delivery for online customers.

With 25-years worth of experience with brand leaders including Tesco, Virgin Media, Primark, Halfords, Wolseley, Bravissimo and Fujitsu Services, Bright is ready to embrace his latest challenge.

He said: "SnapFulfil is an outstanding product and its exceptional configurability and speed of implementation stands out in a very exacting marketplace. It’s a cutting edge and progressive company, but also one driven by traditional, almost parental, values that I like and respect."

James Wilmer, head of sales and marketing for SnapFulfil, said: "With his consultative approach to business, Bright is particularly adept at helping wider IT, digital and customer experience directors understand how marginal gains can lead to much bigger wins and efficiencies.

"He gets Big Data analytics too and as we increasingly look to capitalise on the fast moving retail environment, his particular skill set will add extra impetus and scope to our warehouse management solutions."
