July 20--Chef Tanya Baker of Boarding House and chef Jimmy Papadopoulos of Bohemian House are among the names on Zagat's "30 Under 30" list in Chicago.
The annual list, which was released Monday morning, identifies up-and-coming talent throughout the restaurant industry, including chefs, entrepreneurs, bartenders and a cake decorator.
Among the other names on the list are Patrick Addison and Kristina Mack, chefs and co-owners of the Broken Tart; Matt Andorka, owner of Andorka's Sandwich Shop; Jessie Maguire Bolt, founder of the nonprofit Un86'd; Aaron Campos, director of coffee at Dark Matter Coffee; Jacyara de Oliveira, bar manager at Sportsman's Club; Wesley Ervin of Pleasant House Bakery; Daniel Espinoza, chef de cuisine at the underground Dinner Lab Chicago; and Matthew Kerney, executive chef at Longman Eagle.
