April 29--Jared Goff grew up in Northern California as a San Francisco Giants fan, so it's probably not surprising that in July 2013, he posted on Twitter about a Dodgers outfielder.
"I really hope Yasiel Puig gets a fastball in his ribs tomorrow" Goff wrote.
Goff, of course, joined the Southern California sports scene Thursday night when the Rams made the California quarterback the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft.
Puig welcomed Goff to L.A., apparently with no hard feelings.
