Oct. 21--Woodridge police are investigating the death of a 26-year-old woman whose body was found with multiple stab wounds Monday afternoon.
Police said the death is "a suspected homicide."
The body of Cecily Dickey was found after police went on a well-being check in a multi-family housing complex in the 7300 block of Woodward Drive, village officials said Wednesday.
At this time, police believe this is an isolated incident, according to a news release from the police department.
A spokeswoman for the village said police have suspects, but no one has been charged yet.
