BRIEF: Woman missing in West Rogers Park

Feb. 27--Police are asking for the public's help finding a 21-year-old woman who went missing Thursday morning in the city's West Rogers Park neighborhood.

Jessica Suarez was last seen about 6 a.m. leaving her residence in the 6100 block of North Talman Avenue. She was driving a light-blue, four-door, 2000 Honda Civic with Illinois license plate E277935, police said.

Her car was found parked at 5100 N. Simmons Drive on the lakefront, police said. Suarez was wearing a dark knit hat, a white scarf and a brown cloth coat.

She is described as a Hispanic woman with an olive complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs about 160 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Chicago Police Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8261.
