BRIEF: Woman missing several weeks from Rogers Park neighborhood

Dec. 29--Police are asking for the public's help finding a woman who left her Rogers Park neighborhood apartment Nov. 16 and hasn't contacted her family since.

Lydia Warr, 56, has not had contact with her family since leaving her apartment in the 1500 block of West Pratt Avenue. Police said she left all of her belongings behind, and there is no evidence of her traveling to another country.

Warr is described as black woman with a dark complexion, medium-length hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8200.
