BRIEF: Woman, 80, with medical issues missing from NW Side found

Dec. 21--Chicago police have located an 80-year-old woman for whom a missing person alert had been issued.

Juana Rosario who has Alzheimer's disease and depression was reunited with her family. She had been reported missing from her home on the 2800 block of West Nelson Street in the Avondale neighborhood, according to police.

The woman, who is also on various medications, left her home between 4:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. without any identification and only speaks Spanish, police said.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a hood, a red shirt and black boots, police said.
