BRIEF: Woman, 59, hurt in rollover on Far South Side

March 26--A 59-year-old woman was hurt when her car rolled over early Saturday on the Far South Side.

The woman was driving a car in the 11700 block of South Marshfield Avenue in the Morgan Park neighborhood when she crashed around 12:30 a.m., said Chicago Fire Department Cmdr. Curtis Hudson.

Her car rolled over, hit a pole and knocked over a traffic sign, Hudson said.

Bystanders helped the woman get out of the car. She was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in fair condition, Hudson said.

No one else was hurt as a result of the single-car crash, and no other information was available about the accident.
