March 11--The White Sox made their first roster moves of the spring Friday, including optioning right-hander Chris Beck and outfielder Daniel Fields to Triple-A Charlotte.
The Sox also reassigned right-hander Colin Kleven, left-hander Will Lamb, catcher Omar Narvaez, right-hander Peter Tago, left-hander Nik Turley and right-hander Josh Wall to minor-league camp.

Fields was a waivers claim from the Dodgers in the offseason and was 2-for-8 with an RBI in six spring games this year.
