The White Sox took two out of three from the Reds with a 4-3 victory Sunday at U. S. Cellular Field. Gordon Beckham delivered a two-out RBI single for the win off Aroldis Chapman.
On the mound
John Danks had one of his best outings of the season, going seven innings, allowing one run on seven hits. David Robertson suffered his first blown save but was credited with the win.
At the plate
Emilio Bonifacio had two hits and two RBIs batting leadoff. He also drew a walk. Tyler Flowers also had two hits and a pair of walks.
