Jan. 15--Weezer announced Thursday it will release a self-titled album in April ahead of the band's two-month tour with Panic! At the Disco.
The rockers plan to perform 7 p.m. July 10 at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale 10 a.m. Jan. 22 via Ticketmaster.
The tour is slated to kick off in June in Texas and wrap up in August in California. Weezer also plans to hold a few shows to celebrate the album's April 1 release.
The band headlined the Taste of Chicago last year and netted $200,000 from the city, which didn't honor some of its rider requests.
