BRIEF: Weber grill maker to move its headquarters

June 10--Weber-Stephen Products, maker of the Weber grill, is moving to new corporate headquarters in Palatine, about 4 miles from its current location, the company announced Wednesday.

The new office, on 38 acres on Roselle Road in Palatine, is the former headquarters of Schneider Electric, which moved to Massachusetts last year.

The new location will house 400 Weber-Stephen employees from the company's old headquarters on East Daniels Road in Palatine and an office in Rolling Meadows.

Manufacturing operations will remain in Palatine and Huntley, the company said.
