Jan. 05--It's a 2000s battle of the bands.
Fall Out Boy on Tuesday released the music video for its remixed single "Irresistible," with Demi Lovato, that's a spin on 'N Sync's video for its 2000 single "It's Gonna Be Me."
In 'N Sync's video, the Florida boy banders play dolls that break out of their plastic wrap and wreak havoc in the toy store. In Fall Out Boy's video, the North Shore rockers play unwanted dolls that break out of their plastic wrap to perform in the toy store.
'N Syncers Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick make cameos in the "Irresistible video," which is directed by Wayne Isham, who was behind the "It's Gonna Be Me" video.
Fall Out Boy next month is slated to begin its "Wintour is Coming" tour, which is scheduled to stop at the United Center March 12.
