BRIEF: Watch Chance the Rapper debut 'Blessings' on 'The Tonight Show'

May 06--Chance the Rapper debuted his gospel-inspired single "Blessings" on Thursday's episode of "The Tonight Show," a week before he's expected to drop his new mixtape.

The South Side rapper's song features gospel singer Byron Cage and Chicago natives Jamila Woods and Donnie Trumpet.

"I didn't want it to end. I didn't want it to end. I love that," host Jimmy Fallon said as they wrapped up the song.

Chance has been on the late-night circuit for months with stops at "Saturday Night Live," "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

"Chance 3" is set to be released May 13. "The Tonight Show" airs 10:35 p.m. weeknights on NBC.
