BRIEF: U.S. World Cup qualifying to begin in November

July 27--The U.S. will open the next round of World Cup qualifying Nov. 13 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, where it will play the winner of a two-game September playoff between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Aruba.

Tickets for the game will go on sale Aug. 5 through ussoccer.com. The game will mark the first in St. Louis for the men's national team in nearly two decades. The women's team played there in April, drawing more than 35,000 for a win over New Zealand.

In its other fourth-round qualifying match this year, the U.S. will travel to Trinidad and Tobago for a Nov. 17 match.

The four-team round-robin qualifier will continue in March with home and road matches against the winner of a playoff between Antigua and Guatemala before concluding in September 2016 with games against its November 2015 opponents.

The two top finishers in the group will advance to the final round of CONCACAF qualifying beginning in November 2016.
