BRIEF: True Religion's Kym Gold sells her Spanish-style retreat in Malibu

Nov. 17--True Religion Brand Jeans co-founder Kym Gold has sold her house in Malibu for $18.45 million.

The Spanish-style home, built in 2001, has a courtyard entry and takes in views of the coastline. The bright interiors incorporate reclaimed wood flooring, distressed beamed ceilings and imported stone fireplaces.

The 6,616 square feet of living space include a formal living room, a dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a studio, an office, a gym, five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

A paddle tennis court, a putting green, a pergola, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool with a spa complete the 1.6 acres of grounds. A pathway leads down to the beach below.

The property had been listed at $26.5 million earlier this year.

Amy Alcini and Anthony Paradise of Sotheby's International Realty were the listing agents. Pamella Whitham, also with Sotheby's International Realty, represented the buyer.
