Feb. 07--It was the reunion many hoped would happen, and it finally did Wednesday night at a New York Rangers game.
Tom Hanks was reunited with "Wilson," the volleyball his character befriended when stranded on an island in the 2000 hit movie "Cast Away."
Video posted to social media shows Hanks on the video board at Madison Square Garden, where he was in attendance, and at the same moment someone threw him a volleyball with a "Wilson" face on it.

The Rangers beat the Boston Bruins, 3-2.
