BRIEF: Terrence Howard and Robert Downey Jr. 'all good' after 'Iron Man' woes

Feb. 22--"Iron Man" stars Terrence Howard and Robert Downey Jr. didn't seem to need superhero powers to fix their friendship.

Howard, who lives in Chicago and stars in "Empire," posted a photo Saturday of the two of them at producer Brian Grazer's weekend wedding. "Nice to see my old friend again... #lifestooshort #allgood," Howard captioned the photo.

In a September Rolling Stone magazine article, Howard took credit for getting Downey the lead in the 2008 film "Iron Man." Howard, who played Downey's friend in the movie, claimed producers tried to cut his salary for the sequel and when his agent said no, Don Cheadle replaced him.

Howard said he asked Downey for help with producers but didn't hear from him. Rolling Stone said Marvel Studios disputed Howard's version of events.

Howard went on to play the lead in the Fox hip-hop drama "Empire." The second half of the second season of the Chicago-filmed series is set to premiere March 30.
