Oct. 05--Fashion maven Tavi Gevinson will return to the Chicago area Oct. 21 to discuss and sign the fourth "Rookie Yearbook" compilation of articles and content from her online magazine for teenage girls.

Gevinson, who grew up in Oak Park and recently joined the cast of Fox's new horror comedy "Scream Queens," is scheduled to appear at the Music Box Theatre, 3733 N. Southport Ave. Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. appearance cost $10, while tickets with a copy of the book are $34.

"Rookie Yearbook Four," set to be released Oct. 20, includes motivational posters by Will Smith's daughter, Willow, an adolescence survival guide from "Parks and Recreation" actress Rashida Jones and an illustrated look inside singer Charli XCX's closet.

Gevinson, 19, founded www.rookiemag.com in 2011. She starred at the Steppenwolf Theatre and on Broadway in "This Is Our Youth," and will return to Broadway next year in a revival of Arthur Miller's "The Crucible."
