Dec. 29--Steep Theatre in Edgewater announced the cast of its upcoming production of "The Life and Sort of Death of Eric Argyle" on Monday.
In Irish playwright Ross Dungan's comic, tragic play, now receiving its Chicago premiere, a fellow wakes up after being killed by a bus and is forced to watch events from his life -- not unlike the waning Scrooge.
Jonathan Berry directs the play that boasts a rather large cast for such a cozy stage, including: Melissa Riemer, Tim Musachio, Julia Siple, Pat Whalen, Peter Moore, Norm Woodel, Alex Gillmor, Jeff Duhigg, Ashley Neal, Brett Schneider, Patricia Donegan, Lucy Carapetyan, Grier Burke and Kylie Sullivan.
"The Life and Sort of Death of Eric Argyle" begins performances at Steep Theatre, 1115 W. Berwyn Ave., on Jan. 22 and continues through Feb. 28.
